Undercover 2006
Rare grail 1 of 10 sample Zamiang distressed straight denim
From Undercover’s inception to 2006, Zamiang served as the brand’s museum. Located under their Aoyama headquarters; it housed a collection of priceless samples, collaborative items, Jun Takahashi’s personal belongings and handmade one-offs sometimes even releasing a select few for sale to the public. The label/psuedonym Zamiang can be seen again on Undercover’s collaborations with Hysteric Glamour and Number Nine as well as being featured prominently on many Undakovrist 1-1 designs. Adding to the lore, Jun Takahashi chose to reuse the name Zamiang for the SS2006 ‘T’ collection as the name of one of four fictional German bands.
Presenting a 1 of 10 released distressed straight fit denim sample from 2006, Zamiang’s last year in operation.
