An exceptional piece from Ann Demeulemeester’s more recent releases, these shoes use a reversed cowhide leather, leaving the smooth grained leather for the interior and a rough-out suede on the outside. The reversed cowhide is then painted black, made to chip and fray with wear, creating an entirely unique material.
